Nicole Marsh, CMP, DMCP

President & CEO

moreA graduate of Colorado State University, Nicole has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. She is very active in the industry and is a past president of the Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME), the Rocky Mountain Chapter of PCMA and the Meetings Industry Council of Colorado. Nicole also chaired ADME’s Certification and Accreditation Board and is the Editor of the book, “Best Practices in Destination Management.” Nicole currently serves on the board of the DMC Network.

In her spare time, actually there is no spare time… Nicole is also the mother of four; including four-year-old triplets, Payton, Gavin and Dalton; and an amazing 9-year-old big brother, Owen. When she gets out, she and her husband, Brad, enjoy trying new restaurants and taking in a ballgame.


Heather McCarthy-Savoca

Director of Sales & Marketing

moreHeather brings over 18 years experience in the hospitality industry and 15 years direct DMC experience in both operations and sales management. Heather’s passion for the industry is evident through her active involvement in the local Meeting Professionals International (MPI) chapter. She is the Immediate Past President for the local MPI Chapter, has served on the MPIRMC board the past 7 years and has earned several honors including MPIRMC Supplier of the Year, MPI Rising Star, Chapter President’s Award & Special Project Award for MPI. Heather was the chapter President from 2010-2011.

Heather has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She loves to hike, bike and is an avid reader.


Karl Heitz, CSEP, DMCP

Director of Operations

moreKarl Heitz brings over 12 years of direct DMC experience to Arrangers. Karl is a Past President of the Denver ISES Chapter has chaired and been a part of numerous International committees. He currently is currently serving on the International Certification Committee. He has also served as Secretary of the Green Meetings Industry Council (GMIC) Chapter Denver.

Karl’s education includes a BS from Colorado State University in Natural Resource Recreation & Tourism with a concentration in Commercial Tourism Enterprises. In his free time, Karl enjoys skiing, soccer and the outdoors. He has a passion for travel, great food and excellent wine.


Danny Findley

Sales Manager

moreDanny has over 16 years of experience in the event management and planning industry. His experience covers a wide variety of areas including catering, special event venues, restaurants and décor. He is very active in the event community and is a Past President of the Denver Chapter of International Special Events Society (ISES) and currently serves on the board of the local chapter for Meeting Professional International (MPI). Danny was the 2009 recipient of the Rising Star Award for the MPI Chapter.

Danny was born and raised in Colorado, he went to school in Chicago where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and has traveled extensively.


John Collins

Operations Manager

moreJohn came to Arrangers in March of 2008 with 14 years of hotel sales and event management experience. John’s event management background comes from positions such as Senior Event Manager at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, Washington, Senior Event Manager at the Doubletree Hotel in Seattle and Assistant Director of Banquets at the Westin in Westminster, Colorado.

Some of John’s favorite activities include road biking, hiking and yoga. John’s greatest passion is fly-fishing, which has taken him from the bottom of the Black Canyon in western Colorado to the Big Sky Country of Montana and Yellowstone National Park. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.


Megan Prince

Sales & Marketing Assistant

moreMegan brings special event and operations experience with her background in athletics, recreation and non-profit events. She joined Arrangers in 2012 as Sales & Marketing Assistant after recently graduating from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Sport Management.

She loves playing sports, outdoor activities and hanging with family and friends. She is an avid sports fan and has a passion for cooking, traveling and trying new things.


Corinne Roth, CMP, DMCP

Project Manager

moreCorinne brings over 8 years sales and operations experience in the Destination Management industry as well as a background in non-profit events and meeting planning administration for worldwide pharmaceutical meetings. She joined Arrangers in 2004 as a Sales and Operations Manager after graduating from Colorado State University.

As a Project Manager for Arrangers, Corinne assists with proposal development and company marketing. She spends the rest of her time raising one-year-old twins and likes to be outside, wherever her double stroller will take her.


Lisa Anderson

Project Manager

moreLisa is a seasoned Project Manager and planning professional specializing in operations and logistics with proven experience in international and domestic conference planning & management, tradeshow operations, budget and financial tracking, relief aid and humanitarian parole application process with FEMA.

Lisa boasts over 23 years in the event and meeting planning industry and has been a Project Manager with Arrangers for over nine years.
